How best should I use the CSV import functionality?

Answer:

We recommend that you do not use the CSV import functionality since bugzilla does not export all of the information that it does using XML.  (The CSV format from Bugzilla drops dependency information.)  But if you are going to do it anyways, here are some tips:

0.  Create your search to generate bugs in Bugzilla.  Ensure you include all of the resolutions and statuses.

1.  After running the search, select "Change Columns" from the bottom of the results page.  Put check marks beside each of the fields.

2.  Click CSV at the bottom of the page to get the CSV results.

3.  Launch Projzilla and when at the import step, select CSV from the Open file drop down and select the file.

4.  Proceed with the import as you usually would.
