Projzilla.exe -BugzillaXML <C:\Path\To\bugs.xml> -NewProject <C:\Path\To\NewProject.mpp>

Projzilla.exe -BugzillaXML <C:\Path\To\bugs.xml> -ExistingProject <C:\Path\To\ExistingProject.mpp>
